Connecting to Stripe

Connect your Stripe account for card payments

Last updated 12 months ago

You can connect the payment processor Stripe in order to take debit and credit card payments for your invoices and checkouts. You can find an overview of Stripe.

It's easy to do and takes just a couple of minutes. Just head to Settings > Payments, and click on the "Connect to Stripe" button.

You will then be directed to Stripe's sign up page where you can connect your existing account (if you already have a Stripe account), or sign up for a new account:

Once you have connected with Stripe, you'll be returned back to the Settings page where you can see confirmation that your Stripe account is connected.

You can now create payments requests and get paid by card by your contacts.

Apple Pay and GPay

When you get connected to Stripe, we automatically provision your payments so your customers can use Apple Pay and GPay (Google Pay) to pay your invoices and checkouts, depending on the type of device they are using.

This makes it easier for client and customers to make payments, as they can pay using a couple of clicks and their biometric security. This does not require any further action from you.
