How to contact support

You can access Support in a number of ways

The easiest way to raise a support ticket whilst you are logged in to Converso (or to leave a comment or ask a question) is via the feedback button in the top right hand corner of the app:

Follow the instructions to submit a fault report, where you can also attach a screenshot or video explaining the issue in more detail. These also attach console logs that can be used by support to identify the issue in more detail.
