You can access Support in a number of ways
The easiest way to raise a support ticket whilst you are logged in to Converso is via the Support chat which can be accessed via the button in the top right hand corner of the app:
You can then chat with our AI customer support agent to resolve your issue, answer any product question, or create a ticket if the question or issue can not be immediately resolved.
