Teams

A team can be defined for each workspace

You can create a team from the users in your business for each workspace. Only these users then have access to that workspace, ie to view and respond to messages etc.

The team can be defined for a workspace by ticking the box against each user's name under the Team button:

The team can be defined only by admins, however agents may view all team members.

A user can be a member of multiple teams and workspaces.
