How to set up communication channels in a workspace

You can set up multiple communication channels in a workspace, and handle messages from these channels in the team inbox.

Available channels are presently webchat and WhatsApp, with more channels coming soon.

To add a WhatsApp number to your workspace, please follow the instructions here.

You can add new workspaces upto a limit defined in your plan.
