At Converso, we're re-inventing communications by leveraging AI to help answer customer and client messages.

Whether it's a support request or a sales enquiry, interactions that access the knowledge and reasoning power of a generative AI model can greatly improve the customer experience, as well as save valuable agents' time.

However, to do this and provide high quality responses requires careful application of AI technology. That's why we pay special attention to areas such as knowledge base creation, information retrieval and prompting, in order to reduce the risk of "hallucinations" and provide personalised, accurate replies.

We're focusing on deploying AI across popular messaging channels to start with, including webchat, WhatsApp and SMS, and will add other channels in the near future.
