SMS

How to add SMS as a channel

In order to add SMS number to a group, please contact support@converso.io.

Each outbound text messages has a limit of 160 characters; there is a character counter in the text message box. After the limit is reached, a new text message is sent.

Within SMS conversations, you can't send attachments or locations, but you can send links to invoices and checkouts.

SMS services include the first 100 texts FOC per month, additional SMSs are charged at 4p per text.

SMS services presently available only with UK based customers, where origin and termination are in the UK. For other regions, please contact support@converso.io.
