Teams

A team can be created for each group

You can create a team from existing users for each group. Only these users then have access to that group, ie can view and respond to messages etc.

The team can be defined for a group by ticking the box against each user's name, under Admin > Team (all users in a business are listed):

The team can be defined only by admins, however agents may view team members.

A user can be a member of multiple teams.
