Teams

A team can be created for each group

You can create a team from your business users for each group. Only these users then have access to that group, ie can view and respond to messages etc.

The team can be defined for a group by ticking the box against each user's name, under Admin > Team (all users in a business are listed):

The team can be defined only by admins, however agents may view team members.

A user can be a member of multiple teams.

Choose user to make up a team for each group
