Contacts

Import your existing contacts' details, and save details of new contacts

You can save your customers' details in contacts by importing a CSV file, or by adding individual contacts manually, under Contacts.

New contacts can be created using the contact's service identifier (eg WhatsApp mobile number) used in a chat.

Contacts can be accessed from any group.
